Mindfulness Master and a Healer

My yogic journey started in the year 2006 while I was working in the corporate world lifestyle and finally completely left it in 2010. It was a truly pure conscious and strong thought that guided me, and after learning and practicing yoga, I can proudly say that yoga transforms and develops the feeling of being aware. I love to travel, practice, and teach Sivananda yoga by Swami Sivananda Saraswati Ji whenever and wherever life allows me to do so. my favorite is meeting new people or the divine souls to learn, share and experience this vast, real-life knowledge available around us. 

About my nature, I am a very devotional person towards any path I follow and I put my whole heart into it too. My spiritual practice includes Sivananda Meditative Hatha Yoga meditation sadhana, bhakti yoga, mantra yoga, and laya yoga, but my favorite is Meditation / Sadhana.

The healing techniques I practice are energy and prana healing, chakra healing, healing by touch, emotional healing and soul healing.

The tours & retreats I have designed are to help others with my own experience in yoga & travel. The sole purpose is to serve & transform lives towards healthy lifestyles and bring awareness about real yoga, find the right path of this life, and how to transform it towards divinity, peace & bliss.

I am currently teaching Mindfulness classes@ at Hilltop Swiss Cottage, high bank, tapovan, Laxman Jhula Rishikesh.
