MINDFULNESS RETREAT RISHIKESH

Namaste everyone long story short this retreat is completely focused for those who are willing to find their self center of body ,mind and spirit.
The retreat is bit of opening the body through yoga asanas and centering through pranayama and meditation.
This retreat is not a vacation or a holiday it`s core purpose is to know the self through the self and rest is part of awareness and live practice in a practical environment.
